We accept 3 types of payments: cash, bank transfers and on the spot card payments. Any card payments will incur an extra charge of 2%.

The 'Reach and Wash System' is the use of a carbon fibre-based pole which can extend to customisable heights, without the use of ladders. The Work at Height Regulations 2005 promotes the safety of window cleaners by the encouraging the usage of water fed poles to avoid height at work

For health and safety protocols we won't work in heavy rain, however if there is light drizzle we will still proceed with the clean. Due to the type of water we use the rain does not affect the window clean.

For internal window cleaning we use traditional style with soapy, pure water leaving a spotless finish. All frames and sills are included in our window cleaning. In preparation for our arrival we ask clients to remove anything from their window frames eg, picture frames and ornaments.

We take away and dispose of all waste collected from our clients' gutters. However, some clients do request to keep the waste for their gardening,

We will schedule a visit to the property to view and discuss what you would like completed in each room. Once the visit is complete, a quotation will be sent directly to you.
